Individual Coaching/ Yoga Therapy Session

Individual sessions are priced at $125 for a comprehensive 90-minute experience, designed to cater specifically to your needs. Understanding the diverse financial circumstances of our community, we also offer scholarships and a sliding scale payment option. These initiatives are part of our commitment to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to access the transformative power of our services, regardless of financial situation.

Trauma-Sensitive Sessions

Our Trauma-Sensitive movement and meditation sessions are carefully tailored to offer a nurturing and secure approach, specifically designed to meet the unique needs of each client. These sessions, underpinned by a trauma-informed framework, aim to cultivate a space where participants can embark on a journey towards bodily autonomy and comfort. The core goals of our trauma-sensitive classes include enabling individuals to develop self-regulation skills, empowering them to make positive choices, and encouraging a focus on the present moment. Sarah, with her comprehensive training and expertise as a trauma-informed practitioner, incorporates methods such as Somatic Internal Family Systems and the Emmanuel Approach among others, to guide and support clients through their healing process.

Hatha

Classes & Workshops

We offer a wide variety of  classes and workshops, including 'Try Softer', Enneagram classes, Therapeutic Movement, Yogalaties, Pelvic Floor sessions, and much more. While each class is uniquely structured, many incorporate a blend of enriching activities and techniques. Expect to engage in art, experience relaxation and meditation, benefit from healing and aroma touch, and enjoy hot tea among other offerings.
